RESIDENTIAL RENTAL RULES

Maximum overnight guests: 7

​

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

​

  • Minimum age to rent: 25

  • Children allowed: ages 3-17

  • No pets allowed

  • No parties or events allowed

  • No smoking allowed​

​

  • The guest making the reservation MUST be at least 25 years of age. This same individual must be present at check-in and must be staying on property.

  • No open flames, incense, vaping, candles, or smoking inside the house, please. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred if smoke is detected.

  • You will be charged an additional $50 per person/per night for all undisclosed/unregistered guests for the entirety of your booking, regardless of how many.

HEALTH & SAFETY

HarrisCo Properties’ top priority is to support the well-being of our guests, staff, and the community. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and doing everything we can to ensure everyone remains healthy and safe.

We use cleaning products and protocols which meet CDC guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. We ensure that that our properties are properly cleaned and sanitized between quest stays to mitigate the spread of any illness from guest to guest. Additionally. the cleaning teams are required to wear masks and gloves while on property cleaning prior to guests' arrival.

We advise all guests to stay home if they do not feel well or if they are or have been experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or other known symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Guests who exhibit any of the symptoms of COVID-19 while at any of our properties will be instructed to immediately make this information known to the rental property host.

CANCELLATIONS

At this time, bookings at our properties are non-refundable.
